A neutraliser supply system is a component that stores and injects alkaline solution such as potassium hydroxide into the neutraliser dipping tanks through a circulation pump.
The neutraliser supply system mainly comprises:
Neutraliser Circulation Storage Tank
A neutraliser circulation storage tank is used to store alkaline solution and it is manufactured using FRP materials. These neutraliser circulation storage tanks are manufactured by our subcontractors while we provide them with the moulds and raw materials needed for the manufacturing works.
Neutraliser and Water Top Up Control Valve
A neutraliser and water top up control valve is used to control the inflow of alkaline solution and water into the neutraliser storage tanks. The circulation of water dilutes the alkaline solution and maintains the concentration ratio of the alkaline solution in the neutraliser storage tank. The neutraliser and water top up control valves are sourced from third party suppliers.
Circulation Pump
A circulation pump is used to supply the alkaline solution into the neutraliser dipping tanks from the neutraliser storage tanks. The circulation pumps are sourced from third party suppliers.
pH Controller
A pH controller is installed in neutraliser storage tank and is used to control the pH value of the alkaline solution and ensure optimum pH value is achieved and maintained during the chlorination process. The pH controllers are sourced from third party suppliers.
